Barclays have launched some very attractive new residential and buy-to-let mortgages as well as sweetening many of its current deals. These include a new 1.65 per cent two-year fixed rate house purchase loan at 75 per cent LTV, with no fees and a higher value buy-to-let range, with individual\u00a0loans available up to \u00a32m\u00a0at a maximum 60 per cent LTV.<\/p>\n
The Barclays range also includes options such as a 1.54 per cent two-year fixed rate at 60 per cent LTV with a \u00a31,950 fee and a 2.24 per cent five-year fixed rate at 60 per cent LTV, also with a \u00a31,950 fee.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Santander has reduced its fees in an attempt to\u00a0\u2018support the market and help those that still want to invest in bricks and mortar.\u2019\u00a0For example; 60% LTV 5 year fixed \u00a3999 product fee, purchase and remortgage \u2013 rate reduced 0.05% to 1.79%,\u00a075% LTV 5 year fixed \u00a3999 product fee, purchase and remortgage \u2013 rate reduced 0.05% to 1.99%\u00a0and\u00a090% LTV 2 year fixed \u00a30 product fee, purchase and remortgage \u2013 rate reduced to 2.54%<\/p>\n
