{"id":2944,"date":"2022-11-15T07:33:24","date_gmt":"2022-11-15T07:33:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fpgonline.co.uk\/?p=2944"},"modified":"2023-09-19T09:49:49","modified_gmt":"2023-09-19T09:49:49","slug":"mortgage-deal-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fpgonline.co.uk\/index.php\/mortgage-deal-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Mortgage Deal Update \u2013 November 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"\">\n<p>After several weeks of turmoil and uncertainty in the mortgage market, we thought it would be useful to provide up-to-the-minute details on the current deals and options available to homeowners needing to consider a mortgage or re-mortgage, or those with a fixed rate deal ending in the not too distant future.<\/p>\n<p>Following the Bank of England\u2019s recent rise in interest rates, by 0.75% to 3%, the biggest conundrum for those in that situation remains whether \u201cto fix or not to fix\u201d.
