We wrote last week about our service and the steps we were taking in response to Coronavirus. We have been monitoring the situation closely and updating our planning.
We are open and here to serve our clients.
Looking after our clients, colleagues and their families is our priority, and we are determined to maintain the service you should expect from us.
In line with Government advice, we have closed our office and all staff are working seamlessly from home. You are able to contact us in all the usual ways and we are able to respond appropriately. We value your support and ask for your patience if some things take slightly longer than usual.
In addition, automated services such as income reinvestment, income payments to your bank account, regular savings collections and investment will all continue as normal.
We are following all the government’s advice, as you would expect, and we recognise that we all have a part to play in this.
We do not envisage having to make any further changes to our service but as the situation develops if this changes we will of course let you know.
